PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION AND CONSENT FORM
By signing this form, I hereby consent that the company Continental Hotels SA may process
the above personal data in manner that is legal, accurate and transparent for me and that it
shall take any and all precautions to ensure that my right to privacy is respected. The
above personal data shall be processed
for the purpose of contracting and delivering hotel services
and fulfilling the related legal obligations, which entails the following
operations:
- making the reservation and sending confirmation
- statistical reports
- preparing the legal financial and accounting documents and fulfilling other legal
obligations related to the delivered services
- sending the guest's satisfaction survey
I have been informed that, if I do not provide the above personal data, Continental Hotels
SA will not be able to deliver the services specific to the contract made with the
undersigned. I have also been informed that these data will be processed by the authorized
staff of Continental Hotels SA and can be transmitted based on legal or legitimate interest,
as the case may be, to various authorities, courts, banking institutions and contractual
partners at Continental Hotels SA. The above personal data will be processed for as long as
the hotel services delivery contract is in force and, in the future, for periods in
accordance with the legal obligations of Continental Hotels SA (financial and accounting
documents - 10 years, registration forms - 5 years, statistical reports - 5 years etc.)
depending on the types of processed data.
Pursuant to Regulation No. 679 from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with
regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and
repealing the 95/46/CE Directive, I have become aware of my rights
as a data subject,
namely:
- the right to access
- the right to data portability
- the right to rectify or delete personal data
- the right to oppose the processing of my personal data
- the right to request restriction of data processing
- the right to address justice and the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data
Processing
I declare that I have become aware that my personal data shall not be the subject of an
automated decision-making process (profile creation).
I have become aware that
in order to exercise these rights I can submit/send a
written request, dated and signed, to the attention of the "Personal Data Protection
Officer", at the email address

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERING ACCOMMODATION
SERVICES
Accommodation services are delivered by the Company on condition that the Client respects
the "House Rules" which can be read in the room, at the Reception or on the website
continentalhotels.ro. The following rules are of special importance and are mandatory:
- Are forbidden any activities which DISTURB THE OTHER GUESTS, inside the rooms or inside
the hotel (noise, indecent behavior/language etc.).
- According to law no. 349/2002 smoking is banned in enclosed public places. Our hotel will
charge you with 500 lei cleaning fee for smoking in this room.
- The hotel is not responsible for uninsured valuable goods. Please use the safe-deposit box
in the room or deposit them at the Reception.
- Check-in time 15:00 PM. Check-out time 12:00 PM.
PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE TERMS
The client personally guarantees the payment of the services provided by the Company for
accommodation and other additional services. Guarantee is made by credit/debit card
requested at check-in or cash advance. By signing this form, you agree that your card shall
be charged for the amounts of the services rendered and unpaid, without the physical
presence of the card and without your signature.
